One of the things I really love is fish finger sandwiches.  Fresh white bloomer bread, butter, mayo, iceberg lettuce, oven baked fish fingers, a slice of dairylee (no teasing here now please!) served with a cup of tea on the side.  It is so simple, so easy but just so satisfying.
