One of the loveliest lunches when you just fancy something simple is plain old cheese rolls.  Just mild cheddar in a crusty roll with a cup of tea.  I love full flavoured foods but sometimes all you need is simple to make you smile.  I forgot how wonderful the creamy cheddar goes with the crusty buttered roll.  Just perfect for today.

I have been reading through Around the Table, there are some really lovely recipes in there, including a nectarine and mascarpone pavlova which I really want to try.
