It has been another busy week with parents eve thrown in (senior school which means over 10 appointments spread over 2 days).  At the end of parents evening tonight the thought of cooking made me want to throw myself on the floor crying.

Then Victoria and her boyfriend decided to get us all a takeaway - hurrah.  I can’t tell you how grateful I was.  I am not a huge takeaway fan because often it is lukewarm when delivered and a bit sad looking but tonight we had Zizzi’s and it arrived piping hot and it was really delicious. 

I love nduja which if you have never tried it is a spicy Italian sausage which is really one of my favourite ingredients and on a pizza it is lovely. They also do a very gorgeous mozzarella cheese and caramelised onion garlic bread which is well worth ordering.
