So I finally, finally got Chinese Unchopped by Jeremy Pang and I am literally over the moon, it looked brand new and I poured over it, it is a fabulous book. Straight away the rib recipe jumped out at me.  We love ribs here and I make them a lot and these were up there with the best I have made and the flavour was quite simply wonderful.  This is definitely a recipe I will be repeating.

Victoria and I also made the Edd Kimber chocolate meringue cake which is quite literally out of this world.  The cake is more like a set mousse and just beautiful with the crunchy meringue top.  It is one of the nicest cakes I have made for a while.
