My funny gorgeous baby is 14 tomorrow so today I needed to make and decorate a cake.  My baby is a chocoholic and so I thought I’d make a take on the volcano cake. Light, soft chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache and chocolate fondant icing. 

Then all it took was a few hours and edible decorations and hey presto… one GTA cake. I can’t wait for him to see it, I do hope he likes it.

I was grateful that Victoria cooked a gorgeous tomato pasta topped with a beautiful cheese sauce otherwise I may not have been bothered to cook.
