Today was our final run for our Aussie meat pies ready for our eating around the world blog and I am so happy with this recipe, the pies taste incredible, the beef is so soft, there is the perfect amount of gravy and oh my gosh they are so so so good. I really hope you give them a try and love them as much as we do. If you like meat pies then you really need to try them - you don’t have to make your own pastry, you can just use shop bought. Just give yourself enough time - the meat takes at least 3 hours to cook and 3 hours to chill but, if you give yourself that time then you will be richly rewarded.
