Friday Fakeaway day and the only fakeaway to have on a Friday is a pizza.

I think we have found a great pizza dough. It was really quick and easy to get together and I used my stand mixer to do all of the hard work with the kneading and then left it to rise for a while. It gives me time to make the pizza sauce and then got time to wind down from another busy week.

When it came time to assemble and cook, I preheated the oven to the hottest setting it would go on and preheated the baking trays.  The dough has such a great taste to it, I really do need a new pizza stone after mine broke. 

We made nduja mozzarella, crudo; chilli, pepperoni and mozzarella and a pepperoni one.  It took hardly any time to get it together and was really worth the effort.  It takes a little pre-thought because the dough needs to rise but otherwise it was very easy.
