Have you tried cheese and onion mayo? It is so ridiculously easy and yet so ridiculously good.  Somehow this mayo mix tastes so much better than cheese and onion. I don’t know how but honestly it is.  We had some gorgeous fresh bread which was crusty on the outside and so super soft inside and it went just perfectly.  Today we added a touch of salad cream and it tasted exactly like this cheese dip my mum used to make (which I have no idea how she made). I had not thought about it for so long but then all of a sudden I was 12 in my mums lounge with a ritz cracker dipping in. I don’t recall her mixing cheese onion and salad cream but it tasted so similar she must have used something like that.  I love how food reminds me of things and jolts memories.
