I thought for meat free Monday this week I would do a veggie juicy Lucy.  Unfortunately the burgers I usually use were not available and so I used a different brand.  I am a little torn because the taste was really very nice and everybody loved them but, they had this weird pink hue and a pink juice/goo that came out of them which almost put me off.  Almost, they tasted really nice and burgers are always very satisfying.
