There are two books I have been looking for for several months, Samarkand by Eleanor Ford and Caroline Eden and Chinese Unchopped by Jeremy Pang.  Both are no longer available in bookshops and I can’t even find them second hand.  I look a couple of times a week on this brilliant website I found, bookfinder.com but still nothing.  Well that is until today, suddenly up popped a copy of Samarkand, I couldn’t believe it, I was so excited that my ‘no more books this month’ stance went straight out of the window. I cannot wait to receive it.
