Have I told you that my day job has a charity of the year they support and that I was lucky enough to have my charity, the PSP Association chosen?  I feel very very blessed.  Anyway today was the very first fundraising event and we hosted the Great Talbot Valentines Bake Off. We raised £1,137.

I made some chocolate fondant cupcakes that are loved by all but the winner was Craig Brennan’s fiancé Claire who made these beautiful red coconut hearts. There were a few entries which really pleased me, with it all being virtual it is quite difficult now so I was absolutely thrilled with how much we raised.
