We had a really busy day today and so by the time it came to eat tonight we just could not muster the energy to cook - even something quick and easy.

In Kent there is this lovely mobile pizza van - the Red Pizza Van which is by far the best pizza we have had in a long time - especially one that is a takeaway.  It is wood fired, fresh, hot, the perfect thickness with the perfect amount of toppings.  It is SO good.  Not good, great. It is delicious and worth hunting out if you live near Sevenoaks.  

The wood fired oven really makes all the difference to the pizza and honestly is the only time I enjoy eating the crusts.  Eating the pizza tonight I really thought, mmmmmmmmm I could eat this every night.
