Ahh the start of another new year.  The last few years have been a bit odd but I am hopeful that the year ahead will be a good one. Let's get life back on track.

We decided to have our traditional gammon today.  I love gammon and I love starting the year eating it.  Today we had it with a macaroni cheese. The cheese sauce goes so nicely with gammon and everybody really did enjoy it. It also goes very well with cauliflower cheese, if you have not tried then please try, you will love it, the cheesy tang with the salty gammon is delicious.
