The sun is shining today and I was working away in my office, Nala in her little bed on the desk and I was looking outside longing to be out there, feeling a bit miserable to be honest.  I realised how stupid I was being, getting outside is the best way to cheer myself up so I got myself out for a walk, nothing to fast or strenuous because it is hot but just to get moving. The heat was lovely, the walk gorgeous because the views are lovely and everything is so green and pretty.  It really was just what I needed.
