We always watch bake off a day behind, I am not sure how we have got into that but it works for us. Today for chocolate week I was going to make panna cotta but for the life of me I cannot find our gelatine. Anyway so I thought I would make a crème brûlée. I have to admit, even I was surprised at the outcome, it was absolutely delicious, super creamy and silky, not too sweet and really delicious. Definitely one to be repeated. Unlike the noodles I made for dinner. We make master stock a lot during winter and love chicken noodles so thought it would work. Unfortunately although it was fine, the two just did not work perfectly together and it was just alright. So I will stick to chicken broth for vermicelli and rice or noodles with master stock.
