I am trying out a new coronation chicken recipe, it is a few different recipes I have found rolled into one.  Coronation chicken is one of our favourite sandwich fillings and so it seems fitting for my baby, my little princess.  I also made small Victoria sponge cakes as I thought it was pretty perfect and I also made some shortbread which are her favourites.  Tomorrow I still need to make mini sticky toffee banana bread and the sandwiches and pastries.  I know I will wake up a 5am worrying about the amount left to do but after a full on day at work I was just too tired to do any more.
