Finally baby shower day arrived and what a lovely day it was.  I was, as predicated, up and in the kitchen by 5:30am finishing off cooking, doing some vegan alternatives and generally running around.

Rhona and Nicky got the gazebo up and the tables set, and of course today was a little windy and cold and wet, August is so often a wash out. Kathryn and Clare helped me in the kitchen and then once the guests arrived Nicky played some fun baby games while we finished off setting up the afternoon tea party.

It was such a lovely day and Victoria was really spoiled by everybody. 

Nicky and Jack were staying over and so we decided to braai with Jack helping to ensure the fire stayed lit.  It was such a nice day and evening.
