Today I received the hospitality action cookbook I bought, a collection of recipes from famous chefs with all proceeds going to the hospitality action charity.  The hospitality industry has been one of the hardest hit by COVID with all restaurants, pubs, bars and hotels being closed for such a large part of the last 13 months. 

We love restaurants and so it seemed a no brainier to support this project - plus we all know I love a good cookbook.
