Each week we have been continuing to make ice cream sherbet or sorbet and yesterday Rhona made the base for an orange sorbet so that today it could be churned. Oh my word it was good, it was slightly zingy, incredibly refreshing and so delicious, like the very best orange you could ever imagine.  She is really good at all things frozen.
