Sometimes the weekend passes by so quickly you hardly feel you have time to wind down and relax. This weekend felt like that, I blinked and suddenly it was again Monday.  Rhona is still feeling not 100% and so suggested dumplings in broth this evening.  Chinese master stock is made with a base of fresh chicken stock, then various Chinese ingredients to create this wonderful magical broth that has the power to cure ills. Think Jewish chicken soup, it is similar in its healing qualities. Absolutely wonderful.
