One of the recipes of the month has been Clare Smyth's chilli chicken, despite the controversy over the few ingredient amounts being a little out, probably just a typo but it got a few people a little heated.  I changed the amounts that looked really wrong and it worked out really well, the chicken is just spicy and sweet and so delicious. I am really glad I tried it, I love Clare Smyth and really love spicy sweet dishes.  It was perfect and one I will be doing again an again.
