The sun was shining and another recipe from Chefs at Home was calling me, this time the lamb koftas and tzatziki by Michael Caines.  They cooked perfectly on the Kamado Joe, they had a little bit of a char and a smoky flavour, delicious.  I did put more ras-el-hanout than the recipe called for because I felt it was needed but otherwise I didn't change a thing.  You know when things are good because everybody wants more and they eat until they want to pop.
