It is cold again, will it ever be summer?  It is so grim and I am dreaming of hot sunny climates.  Today we had to boil our master stock and so made a pork chop with a gorgeous master stock sauce, crispy crackling, some steamed asparagus and rice.  Something about the master stock makes me feel virtuous and healthy.
