It is quite a lot of working writing recipes, testing them, tweaking them, finalising them, typing them up, getting them tested and publishing them.  I really need to work on taking better pictures so you can see just how delicious the dishes are. 

Our latest new recipe Eve’s pudding sums this up, getting it just right took weeks although I really am pleased at how it turned out in the end.
