There is a gorgeous sandwich Rhona makes, it is cheese and salami with gherkins mustard and mayo.  If you are pulling a face, I did too and so did both Matt and Victoria initially, but really it is a great sandwich and both now love it.  The cheese with the salami and the sharp pickle and slight heat just all works harmoniously to create the best sandwich around.
