Today is international waffle day and I don’t have a waffle maker so couldn’t make waffles today, how bad is that I will however definitely have one for next year.

Tonight we had this gorgeous dish of butternut squash ravioli with walnuts, chicken and asparagus. It was just absolutely delicious, so full of flavour and I do really love pasta. One of the best things about pasta is you can pack it full of flavour and in 20 mins have the most delicious meal.
