Have I told you how much I love polenta?  Cooked with stock it is just gorgeous.  I especially love it ‘wet’ instead of firm.  I was going to cook meat free sausages and mash with gravy last night but looking outside at the rain I thought something slightly spicy might suit the weather more so made wet polenta, and a meat free sausage paprika casserole, heady with smokey paprika and tomatoes.  It was so so delicious and warming.  So good and perfect for a cold wet day.
