Pad Thai take 2.  Obviously the last time I did this it did not work out exactly how I wanted it to so I thought I would try again as I do love it.  This was the same recipe slightly tweaked and yet again I was just not happy with it. The noodles broke up slightly and the sauce and egg caught on the bottom of the wok just as they did last time. I just want to get this recipe right!  If anybody has a good recipe that works, please pass to me.
