Today was international chocolate cake day and so the kids were telling me we HAD to have chocolate cake today.  I couldn't help but laugh and so made a fairly straightforward chocolate cake that has sour cream in it.  It is moist and beautiful and worth every single calorie.  Of course as soon as it was baked Victoria and Noah just so happened to show up. Matt then complained asking why she was here for cake as she does not even live here any more.  I did laugh. It was not a small cake so more than enough for all. It is surprising however how quickly it disappeared but at least that meant it was a good cake. Matt is such a chocoholic.
