Finally it is Friday night and Friday night is pizza night quite often in this house.  I was organised today and so got the dough mixed and proving as well as the pizza sauce made mid afternoon so that by 6:30pm we were ready to cook.  Unfortunately I broke our pizza stone stupidly but we have these metal pizza baking trays that actually worked fairly well.  Rhona had salami and chilli and I had chicken and roquito peppers.  There is also some left for lunch which is perfect.
