This weekend appears to be comfort weekend what with the pizza yesterday and then macaroni cheese and peri peri chicken wings today. I like to oven cook my wings so they are crispy and cooked through and then fold them through the sauce so that they don't go soggy. Tonight's meal was utterly perfect in every way.
