The last couple of weeks we had sea bass with mango and clementines from Vietnamese Made Easy on the menu but because of one reason and another, we just did not get around to making it.  Since we had a green mango just waiting to be used, I was determined to use it and not waste it.  Finally we got around to it tonight.  Now I love fruit with savoury dishes so, for me, this worked perfectly although I can see how it would divide a crowd.
