Today I was doing recipe development, apple streusel cake.  I love apples and love crumble and for our monthly cooking club at work Kayee asked for Apple crumble and I thought as nice as that is (and honestly it is delicious!) it felt too simple for our cooking club and so I thought this might be a good one to do.  I need to remake tomorrow to check my recipe and then will send out to my testers (thank you Sean and Tyler) to test over the weekend.  Cake and coffee, such a perfect combination.
