Happy Birthday Rhona!  

For Rhona’s birthday I decided to make a carrot cake with a gorgeous cream cheese frosting and an orange and brandy jelly - the cake was designed to be a brandy barrel with wood affect icing (made with a stencil) and the brandy jelly was to go on the top so it would look like it had brandy in it.  I do love carrot cake and honestly the jelly went so well.
