And so the book of the month in the Great British Chefs cookbook club has begun and already Ben Tish's Sicilia is proving to be very popular with so many people posting on day 1.  I flicked through it and several recipes have stood out and now cooking back through it and really want to go to Sicily - although the love of tripe is not one I share and I am likely to partake in it.  I think the first recipe I will try is going to be the squid with tomatoes and peas because it looks so fresh and vibrant and is screaming out of the page to me.
