It is the last day of the current book of the month, Kin by Marie Mitchell.  We have hardly cooked from this book so I thought i’d cook tonight from it and post.  Marie seems really lovely and had lots of contact with everybody that has cooked which is lovely.

Tonight we made the reef chicken along with the best sweetcorn you can try and sweet potato fries.  The sweetcorn is so good, the umami with the salty edge is divine with the sweet vegetable.  You should really try it if you get the chance.
