The book of the month last month was Theo Randalls The Deli Kitchen and I didn’t cook as much out of it as I wanted to.  Tonight I finally made the Nduja gnocchi which was quite one dimensional but a couple of tweaks and it was really very good. I’d like to make a cheese gnocchi with nduja as I really think the spicy with the creamy would work well.
