I marinated pork early yesterday with home made char siu sauce and then cooked it, it’s a Jeremy Pang recipe and one of my favourites. It’s great with rice and Chinese greens or even better with bao buns.  I really have the bao dough down pat now, I mix it in my mixer with the dough hook and then leave it for a few hours. It’s really easy, you just need to start it early. It tasted fabulous having been marinating for a while. I did not mean to leave it so long but ended up not cooking it yesterday.
