For a really long time I have been wanting to try orzo, which is actually pasta but often used in slow cooked dishes, 'stews' or risotto's.  Intriguing. Anyway I have been developing a recipe and last night was the big test before it is ready to go live. The dish is gorgeous, you put a whole chicken in and bake it in stock and then when the chicken comes out you put the orzo on and finish it off on the stove.  It is so good, a bit like pimped up chicken noodle soup so somewhere in my head it feels healthy. It is so deliciously moreish I cannot tell you and the best thing is you won’t need to use all of the chicken so you can get another meal from it which is perfect.
