Have you ever been walking along and you catch the smell of chip shop chips, heavy on the vinegar?  This is what happened to me today and I just could not help but suddenly KNOW I needed chip shop chips.  I love them when they are heavy on onion vinegar and salt and they really did hit the spot. I love the St Johns Fish and Chip shop.
