The cooking from the book of the month, Vietnamese Made Easy continues and, for us, the next meal is the salmon and leek dish which looked divine and tasted better. I slightly over reduced the sauce, we were plating and just took my eye off of the ball. The sauce was quite strong but thankfully with the addition of rice it was not too bad. The dish itself is actually really, really good and definitely one I would do again and again.
