I spent time today going over the blogs for the upcoming month and trying to get organsied.  For Brazil I want to show case spiced coffee steak and I wanted to test it with picanah rather than any other cut to check it works well (all in the case of research you understand) so tonight that is what we had. Oh my word I forgot how fantastic this recipe is. Sweetened spicy coffee on steak works so well. I made some changes to the cooking process actually, ending with butter basting rather than putting cold butter on the top and it was so good, so very very good. So good I think I probably should remake just to double check before I send it out.
