Every year I make Jack‘s birthday cake and every year feel the pressure and worry that I won’t make it look as special as he is.  This year he wanted a F1 inspired cake, his favourite driver is Max Verstappen of the Red Bull team.

I thought making a real race track would be great and we looked up about Red Bull and their home track which is the Spielberg track in Austria and so that is what we made from icing. This was so much more difficult than it looked to do! Hopefully the overall affect will be ok. I confess I am worrying.
