We had Jack’s birthday bash today and so were eating there. Matt had work until late and so needed to eat here. I bought him a pork chop.  A jumbo pork chop as it turns out!  I had not appreciated when I bought it just how big it was.  Matt of course was extremely happy.  I pan fried the pork chop and finished it in the oven to ensure it was cooked and I served this with mash, cauliflower puree, charred cabbage and a mustard cream sauce. After he finished eating I could literally see the pork behind Matt’s eyes and he needed to lay down which made me giggle. I am a feeder I just cannot help it.
