I am so happy to have a Thermomix, aside from all the wonderful things it does, it does make everything so much easier, chopping, making soups, pastes, sauces but to name a few.  Today rather than standing over the stove, we used the Thermomix to make the best béchamel and then cheese sauce.  We literally threw everything in and it whizzed and cooked and came out more perfect than standing there doing it all by hand. I did laugh.
