The book of the month this month is Kricket, it is an Indian inspired cookbook. It is not your run of the mill Indian cookbook, more like a Michelin star cookbook. All of the dishes and plates are so beautifully presented in such an eloquent way. Definitely more of a restaurant Indian inspired cookbook and it is really good to see how you can make a ‘simple’ curry look so amazing.  Some of the bookclub members are very unhappy as some of the recipes have mistakes with measurements. If you have Kricket just beware, if one of the ingredients sound wrong it probably is.  It is still a very beautiful cookbook so don’t let the errors put you off.
