I sometimes feel like the queen of chicken wings.  Not only do I love them but I also have what feels like a hundred recipes for them.  Today however I thought I would try something new (for me at least) tandoori chicken wings.  I took some yoghurt, lemon juice, tandoori spices, ginger, garlic and salt and put the chicken wings in for a good 7 hours and just left them marinating in the fridge.  Then tonight we lit the Kamado Joe and cooked them.  They were absolutely gorgeous, there was a lovely lovely Indian spice with very little heat (next time I will add some more chilli powder I think), the yoghurt coating charred so nicely and it had that bbq smoky taste.  I then made a potato salad with whole grain mustard and chaat masala spice.  It was such a joyful meal and really quick and easy.
