Today I had one of the nicest sandwiches there is, Jarlsberg, salami, gherkins and mayo.  It is such a simple sandwich but my word is it good.  It is especially good with the Marks and Spencer oaty farmhouse bread or if you want something more substantial then use a baguette.  The pickle cheese and salami really work so well together.  Delicious.
