One of the things I really love is an oven cooked jacket potato. Make a potato with lots of butter, grated cheese topped with sour cream and crispy bacon.  It really is just simple super delicious and really comforting.  You have to get streaky smoked bacon and be brave with your cooking so it goes very crispy and then it crumbles just perfectly.
