Today I ticked another hard to get hold of book off of my list, 80 cakes around the world which was the November 2018 book of the month.  I used to bake a lot but in recent years I bake much less frequently although have been cooking and creating savoury recipes much more.  I love baking because it is so precise and you know if you follow the steps exactly you will get something amazing at the end.  Also because I have a sweet tooth.  I really cannot wait to get this book.  No more new books this month now.
